'Vitesse' is a Sessa Islamorada 23 and is an excellent example of the Italian brand. Built in 2003, Vitesse has the Volvo Penta 4.3 GXI petrol engine with the SX sterndrive. She has a large cockpit area with ample seating. The windscreen has an opening section to allow access to the forward deck. She has a tonneu cover and a sun canopy. The cabin houses a u-shaped seating area which can be either a dinette or converts into a nice size double berth. Heads. The galley includes a sink, fridge and gas hob. The bow is accessed through an opening window in the forward screen. Access from the bathing platform is through an opening in the rear seat and the sun pad. 'Maddie' is a very pretty Mayland Kingfisher. She is on lovely condition for her age and comes with lots of extras. She has a canopy cover which covers the cockpit area completely. The wheel house has over 6ft headroom. Forward of the helm is a heads compartment with a sea toilet. On the starboards side, there is a gas hob and sink. A v-berth is through the cabin door forward of this. Maddie has a 75hp Mariner 2 stroke outboard motor with electric start and power trim and tilt.

The LM27 Motorsailer from Denmark has been described as the world’s most successful small wheelhouse sailing cruiser. Over 1,500 have been built since the design was introduced in 1975. Her hull lines, heavy long-keel, double-ends and robust construction owe much to the traditional Scandinavian “Colin Archer” sailing lifeboats. LM27s provide good accommodation, a solid build and surprising good sailing performance. Dipper is set up for family or single-handed sailing with all controls led back to the cockpit. Dipper is presently moored ashore on the South Coast of England. Antifouled in Spring 2009, Dipper is in above average condition for its age – and equipped to a sail-away standard. Delivery - or assistance with the delivery passage – is on offer to any destination in Europe. A full survey was undertaken in June 2006. A copy is available to prospective purchasers and the original document will be transferred with ownership of the boat.
